Though I hate to do both knee replacements at same time because of the huge physiological insult on the body and the amount of thrombotic factors release this was one of them I was encouraged (rather little forces/factors/circumstances around) and this was beautiful 2nd postoperative day mobilization which probably will encourage me do more in the future.
